EThis assessment is to inform the client of its current labor compliancy. Such as anyanomalies, ormissing legal requirements to comply with the Ley Federal del Trabajo (Federal Labor Act), this can be found in the following documents:
- Power of Attorney to ensure the proper representation before Labor and Employment Authorities.
- Pay roll documents such as:
- Wages.
- Vacation and bonus.
- Christmas bonus.
- Profit Share.
- Overtime.
- Holidays.
- Employment contracts (individual and collective).
- Time cards.
- Resignation.
The scop of theinitial assessment is to ensure the organization is in compliance with all the legal requirements.
If the corporation does not comply with the legal requirements stated, our firm will provide the necessary guidlines to ensure follow through.
Upon completions, the documents will be reviewed and corrected by the firm.
The assessment results will be submitted only to authorized personnel:
